Paid a lot of money for a car off these guys, only to find the spoiler had been glued on with loctite and the bottle of glue left in the boot! The spoiler was lifting on one side. They refused to sort the issue for me saying it wasn't their problem.
Bought a Nissan X trail from here a couple of months ago. We were allowed to give the vehicle a thorough looking over including driving it over the pit to inspect everything from underneath with no pressure to hurry up. Very helpful. It would have been 5 stars but one of two things that needed repairing was not carried out. Both wing mirror glasses were broken. One correct unit was ordered but fitted badly and was hanging by a wire a couple of weeks later and the other side was a botch job which resulted in me having to order the correct part from Nissan at my expense. I tried to get this resolved but had no return call and subsequent phone calls were not answered.
