I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee orvis to Tavistock garage to be M.O.T. Now to say that I set this chap one hell of a challenge is beyond belief. The steering was out by a mile leaky gator leaking oil out of the rear axle front near side wheel bearings gone track rod wobble like a jelly. Now were talking about a truck that is twenty plus years old. Some of the parts and non existing. The manager of whom I got on very well with his lovely lady wife Helen and carmen. But undeterred the Maneger of whom I have for gotten his name. Sorry . Phoned all the parts departments that he could and no luck. He phoned me the with this news to say that I was down hartedBut it was Matt the Mechanic who came to the rescue. He new some very nice people in Bedfordshire who only do Jeeps so of to see this chap to have the parts that could not be sourced and he had.This chap also tightened up the steering system. New tires put on. Matt gose back to Bedford drove back to Tavistock motors M.O.T. Sorted. This I have to tell you was no mean feat. So I hope this helps you to make up your mind to use this family run service. They will bend ove backwards to help you.
